‘Kristin’s picture book workshop was a delightful and inspiring experience for our year 3-6 students. Through engaging storytelling and hands-on activities, Kristin demonstrated how illustrations and words work together to bring stories to life. The students left the workshop full of excitement and newfound confidence in their ability to create their own imaginative tales.’ Susie O’Connell, teacher at Fulham North Primary School, 2024
‘Kristin’s enthusiasm for poetry was truly evident at the 2019 Meet the Writers Festival. She is able to pitch her presentations at a variety of age groups from primary to secondary students, and was a hit with the audiences.’ Aurora Reid, organiser of SAETA Meet the Writers’ Festival, 2019
‘Kristin spoke to our Year 3/4 classes today, she was enthusiastic and had the students enthralled and engaged. You could have heard a pin drop, plus they all wrote amazing poems using similes!’ Sofia Andreucci, teacher at Lockleys North Primary School, 2019

Kristin shared her love of poetry with a small but enthusiastic group at our library in the school holidays. She was enthusiastic and engaging and her poems abut animals and the natural environment were age-appropriate. Thanks Kristin.
Thanks Caroline!
I enjoyed sharing my poems with the enthusiastic kids in your lovely space.

Kristin ran a poetry workshop with our 4/5’s at West Beach Primary School which was absolutely fantastic. The workshop was a lovely mixture of listening to Kristin’s poems, learning about similes and then having a go at individually writing their own poems. Students were engaged and enthusiastic throughout the 45 minute session and were thrilled with their poems about ‘A sunny day at school.’ Thank you Kristin for a educational and fun workshop!
Thanks Tara,
It was an absolute pleasure to work with your lovely class. I look forward to reading their completed poems.
