I’d like to climb into the clouds
and stay up there all day.
That vast expanse of fluffiness
is just the place to play.
I’d dance around and twirl and spin,
and run and jump and skip.
Those clouds would make the softest mats
for learning how to flip.
And when I’d want to have a rest
and snuggle up instead,
that cool white cloud with soft white sheets
would make a comfy bed.
I’d never have to clean the floor
or pick up any toys.
I wouldn’t have to share the space
or hear annoying noise.
And when the day was at an end
I wouldn’t feel too sad.
I’d slip on down a rainbow slide
and hug my mum and dad.
